The best first-session route

Forget the rare-drop hunt for now. A handful of ordinary upgrades working together will carry you much farther. Tap for Energy, fight enemies for Gold and materials, open Cards, equip your best companions, obtain an Avatar, and finish permanent account tasks before pushing the next barrier.

A productive opening session looks like this:

  1. Finish the tutorial so every early menu is available.
  2. Turn on the basic clicking option shown at the bottom of the interface.
  3. Fight enemies you can defeat quickly instead of camping the toughest target.
  4. Spend early Gold on Cards, then use the best-team option in your inventory.
  5. Equip an Avatar and defeat its matching NPC to level it.
  6. Work on the local Global Quest and Index entries while farming.
  7. Improve attack range and other permanent upgrades before forcing the next world.

That route lets one set of enemy defeats advance your Energy, Gold, Avatar, quests, Index, achievements, and Battle Pass together.

Understand the power loop

Anime Breaker is an incremental simulator. Every tap grants Energy, while combat turns that growing power into enemy defeats and progression resources. Cards provide companions, enemies can drop Avatars, and later systems add weapons and other equipment layers.

It is easy to stare at the Energy number and ignore the rest of the account. Raw tapping helps, but companions, a leveled Avatar, useful upgrades, and permanent bonuses make each click worth more.

SystemWhat to do earlyWhy it matters
EnergyKeep tapping while farmingDrives the basic power loop
CardsOpen affordable packs and equip the best teamCompanions improve your growth
AvatarEquip one, then fight its matching NPCMatching kills level that Avatar
Attack rangePrioritize useful range upgradesLets you reach more enemies from one position
IndexComplete nearby collection or kill entriesGrants permanent account rewards
Global QuestProgress it during normal farmingAdds another permanent progression track

Spend Gold without stalling yourself

Gold has several competing uses. A new Card can improve your team immediately, but spending every coin on spins can delay a machine, upgrade, or later-world system.

Buy enough Cards to fill and improve your active team, then keep some Gold for the next unlock you can already see. Return to the Card machine when kills start dragging or a new world opens a better pool. A lit-up spin button is not a reason to empty your wallet.

After every opening session, check the inventory. A useful pull does nothing while unequipped. Use the best-team option as a quick baseline, then review individual items once you understand their roles.

Level your first Avatar correctly

Avatars are separate from Card companions. When you equip an Avatar, defeat the NPC that matches that Avatar to earn its relevant leveling progress. Randomly farming a convenient enemy can grow your account while leaving the equipped Avatar behind.

If the level bar seems stuck, walk through the setup again:

  1. Open the Avatar inventory and confirm which Avatar is equipped.
  2. Find the matching NPC in its world.
  3. Click the enemy’s drop view if you need to confirm its local reward pool.
  4. Farm that NPC and periodically reopen the Avatar panel.
  5. If progress does not move, recheck the equipped Avatar and target name.

Do not build an early route around an exact maximum Avatar level. The game launched recently, and level caps can change with balance updates.

Stack progress before entering a new world

The current release includes four badge-confirmed worlds in this order: Alien Planet, Titan District, Hidden Leaf, and Sin Village. Each world repeats the main loop with stronger enemies and additional systems.

Before leaving a world, make a short sweep:

  • claim completed rewards;
  • inspect the Index for easy permanent bonuses;
  • advance the Global Quest;
  • equip better companions and Avatars;
  • spend local upgrade materials where they solve your current bottleneck;
  • keep enough general resources for the next unlock.

Exact gates and costs are live balance values. Read the barrier, machine, or menu in your current server instead of relying on an old number.

Use modes when they improve your main farm

Raids and the Trial feed resources back into normal progression. The Trial has its own upgrade track and can award a Mount. Raids are tied to combat rewards and world resources, while a Time or AFK Chamber offers another way to prepare for later systems.

Do not enter a mode merely because it is open. First ask whether you can contribute, whether entry consumes a ticket, and which reward fixes your current bottleneck. A short normal-enemy farm can be more useful than repeatedly failing an activity above your power.

Beginner mistakes that waste time

  • The strongest enemy is not always the best farm. Faster kills often produce better combined progress.
  • A good pull does nothing from the inventory. Check heroes, Avatars, and weapons after opening anything.
  • Better range can turn one farming position into a multi-target spot, so do not ignore it.
  • Global Quests, Index entries, and achievements keep paying after you leave a zone.
  • Aggressive auto-delete settings can consume weapon duplicates needed for later merges. Protect them first.
  • Old costs go stale quickly. Read the live client before committing to a long grind.

What to do after the first session

Once your basic loop is stable, choose one bottleneck. If enemies take too long, improve damage layers and your Avatar. If Gold is slow, farm a faster enemy group and review Gold bonuses. If the next barrier feels impossible, finish nearby permanent rewards before attempting it again.

Then move through Titan District, Hidden Leaf, and Sin Village without abandoning earlier systems. A strong account comes from stacked bonuses, not one lucky item.
